Dining and Catering

Our office can assist you in designing and arranging your group’s meal requirements for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and receptions. Options range from catered meals specific to your group to local restaurants.

Campus Dining Services offers quality catering options at reasonable prices. Menus are prepared especially for each function using only the finest quality products available. Dining service professionals will assist you in developing a dining program tailored to your needs and budget. Various services are available, ranging from a speedy line-service or buffet style to a leisurely served, elegant banquet.

Informal outdoor picnics or barbeques are just two of many other possible options. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as refreshments and coffee can be provided. Receptions, whether simple or elaborate, can be arranged and carried out in precise detail. Our goal is to meet you r specialized needs and desires, making your conference a successful and memorable experience.

Residence hall food service provides delicious, convenient meals in air-conditioned dining centers on campus. Attendees can choose all-you-care-to-eat cafeteria style dining or an a la carte dining option in a food court-style atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A wide variety of selections are available including salad bar, deli, grilled sandwiches, pizza, fresh fruit, and desserts. Home-style entrees and sides as well as vegetarian fare, healthy options and special dietary menus are offered.

Attendees who wish to eat on their own can visit the Bone Student Center where the following options are available:

Freshen's – A unique store offering frozen treats, ice cream, smoothies and gourmet pretzels.

McAlister’s Deli – serves over 100 menu items such sandwiches, spuds, salads, soups and sweets in a restaurant atmosphere. All items are made fresh to order.

Burger King – offers burgers, chicken, fries, salads, and more.

Pizza Hut Express – offers personal pan pizzas, breadsticks, wings, and cinnamon sticks.

The Cage II – offers gourmet coffee and espressos, sandwiches, salads and pastries in a true coffee house atmosphere.
