Located in the geographic Center of Illinois, we are just hours from Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis. Bloomington-Normal is a perfect location for state, national, and international conferences and events.

Peoria Charter Coach offers charter bus service between Chicago and Bloomington-Normal with the stop being at the Bone Student Center on campus.

The AMTRAK station is just two blocks from the Illinois State University Campus and has daily routes between Chicago and St. Louis.

Central Illinois Regional Airport offers daily flights to Chicago, Atlanta, Detroit, Orlando and Dallas-Fort Worth through four carriers (AirTran, American Eagle, Northwest Airlines and Delta Connection).  Parking is free!

Hertz, Avis, National, Enterprise and Alamo car rental agencies have desks located in the baggage claim area of the Central Illinois Regional Airport.
